Labor Workmanship Guarantee: George Handyman Inc warrants its trade labor against installation defect for thirty (30) days from project completion. If a faucet connection installed by George drips, a door alignment slips, or an irrigation joint fails due to improper assembly within that period, we return to rectify the labor at zero additional charge.

This workmanship standard does not extend to homeowner-supplied materials that suffer internal manufacturer failure, normal cosmetic wear under Coachella Valley desert heat (115°F+ sun exposure), ground settling caused by flooding or seismic movement, or secondary alterations made by third parties after George departs the site.

George Handyman Inc reserves the right to decline, pause, or terminate any service inquiry, online dispatch booking, or active physical job site visit if:

• The customer engages in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory conduct toward our craftsmen.

These terms, and all physical work performed by George Handyman Inc, are governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the law of CA, United States (State of California), without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any legal action, suit, arbitration, or proceeding arising out of or related to this website, dispatch bookings, or trade labor shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of INDIO (INDIO, CA). You irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts in Indio, California for the resolution of any dispute.
